You can tell to yourself, that it's gonna be okay. You will get trought this. But you'll star to feel bad. All the anger will stay inside of you, you won't let it out.
You'll start thinking, if there is something wrong with you.
Is this a bad day, or are you slowly going insane?
When that happens, you have to stop. It's just a bad day, not a bad life.
And when you have that bad day, all you can do, is stop. Take a deep breath, count to ten and just stop right there. All you can do is stop for a minute, and just let go. Soon you'll notise, that it's not that bad. Becouse you have always someone standing right next to you.
